COLLEGE STUDENTS:

Under the CARES Act passed in March of 2020, $14 billion was given to the Office of Postsecondary Education as the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund, or HEERF. College students, we highly recommend you contact your college/universities financial aid office and inquire about the CARES Act HEERF funding they may have received. This funding contributes to Student Aid and Institutional Aid, so ask your school what they are doing today!

Centennial Tribal Monument Upkeep

Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma planting mums at NEO A&M College at the foot of the Centennial Tribal Monument. The monument was unveiled in honor of Indigenous People’s Day in October of 2019. We are excited to join together with NEO A&M in this upkeep of the monument. What a beautiful landmark of our Indigeneity on our local college’s campus!
